Stress, Coping, and Resilience
This page includes publications by Wong related to stress, coping, and resilience. His main contributions to this area consist of the stage model of coping and resilience based on behavioural mechanisms and the resource-congruence model of effective coping and resilience based on social personality research. The two instruments he has developed are the stress appraisal measure (SAM) and the Revised Coping Schemas Inventory (R-CSI). These instruments are available free of charge for research purposes only. Those interested using these instruments may approach Dr Wong using the contact form for permission.
